The role is based in Zug, Switzerland , with a hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health economics, real-world evidence (RWE), and patient outcomes research within the rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical space. Key Responsibilities HEOR Strategy Development : Lead the design and execution of HEOR strategies to support HTA submissions, payer engagement, and market access for rare disease therapies. Economic Modeling & Evidence Generation : Develop cost-effectiveness models, budget impact analyses, and real-world evidence studies to demonstrate product value to payers and other stakeholders. HTA & Payer Support : Provide HEOR insights and data to support pricing, reimbursement, and market access activities across European markets .
