Are you a passionate product manager with expertise in ERP and Finance & Accounting? Do you love solving complex problems? Are you enthusiastic about software and tech? Join Xentral as a Senior Product Manager and help us build the next-generation ERP system with our fantastic team. Enjoy short decision-making paths and collaborate with a motivated team of engineers, designers, and fellow product managers. As a Senior Product Manager focused on enhancing our finance and accounting domain, you’ll create accurate, user-friendly processes for seamless finance and accounting tasks. Not only will you contribute to our success, but you’ll also enhance the work experience for thousands of Xentral users daily.

Your Tasks

• You oversee the product pipeline in an agile environment, supporting your full-stack team through every sprint
• You maintain close contact with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to deeply understand customer needs.
• You design and plan your product roadmap, keeping a well-organized backlog and the big picture in mind.
• You break down complex requirements into clear specifications and proactively communicate with engineering and design colleagues.

Your Profile

• You have significant experience with ERP systems, particularly in finance and accounting modules, with a deep understanding of related processes.

• You have 5-7 years of modern tech product management experience in an agile environment with a full-stack team, ideally in a SaaS context.

• You have attention to detail in documentation and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

• You have knowledge of data infrastructure and data integration, with enthusiasm for working with technical users as customers.

• You have experience setting up complex structures (e.g., ERP, CRM) and a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and associated processes

• You are fluent in both English and ideally German
