We are seeking a Program Management Officer to support two key projects aimed at strengthening early surveillance systems and community health system programming in multiple countries. The role involves providing crucial support in financial and procurement activities, tracking project progress, and reporting. Missions Financial Management: Oversee financial forecasting, monitor accruals, track invoicing, and manage cash balances of suppliers. Procurement: Support contract management, raise and amend purchase orders, guide the procurement process, and liaise with sourcing, legal, and finance departments. Project Management: Track and archive completed activities and approved deliverables, and support internal reporting requirements. Communication and Knowledge Management: Assist in knowledge management and communication activities, including sharing success stories and lessons learned. Education: University degree in Public Health, Business Management, or a relevant field. Experience: Strong project management and coordination experience. Proven ability to manage effective meetings and communication across diverse teams and external partners. Experience in monitoring and analyzing data, producing insights, and presenting them to inform decision-making. Attention to detail and ability to oversee administrative procedures. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build solid relationships in a fast-paced environment.
