Your responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: You will take responsibility for the independent analysis and continuous development of existing supply chain processes. Your goal is to increase efficiency, quality, transparency, and resilience across the entire supply chain.
- Project Management: You will lead projects in the area of supply chain development, handle budgeting, resource planning, time management, and coordinate change management to implement sustainable improvements.
- Coordination & Communication: You will work closely with various internal departments, from IT and production to sales, ensuring that all project requirements are implemented efficiently and successfully.
- System Requirements: You will analyze existing IT systems and develop requirements for optimizing supply chain software solutions, further automating and improving processes.
- Market Observation: You will monitor current market trends and new technologies to integrate innovative solutions into our supply chain strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
Your profile:
- You have a degree as a Technician in Industrial Engineering, a Supply Chain Manager qualification, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring 5 to 10 years of operational experience in supply chain management, ideally in the pharma or MedTech industry.
- You have solid experience in project management, leading interdisciplinary teams, and expertise in process optimization and implementation.
- You have strong IT skills, including in-depth knowledge of SAP modules MM/PP/SD. Experience with S4Hana is a plus.
- International experience, particularly in global production environments within MedTech or pharma, is an advantage.
- You are fluent in both German and English (C1) and have excellent communication skills.
