Your responsibility
- Develop and support the implementation of Group Pricing standards (mainly in risk modelling, technical price calculation, rate change calculation)
- Serve as subject matter expert to market unit actuaries
- Support the development of pricing models, methodologies and rules
- Provide on-going review and improvements of pricing processes for greater accuracy and automation
- Explore and implement new methodologies to optimize portfolios and support better risk selection
- Drive and/or participate in the adoption of new AI technologies
- Support and training of the pricing actuaries in the local units
Your qualification
- Many years experience in Actuarial Pricing functions in Non-Life Insurance
- Broad experience in complex rating structure and competitive pricing
- Ability to apply actuarial methods to develop rating and pricing structures
- Advanced programming knowledge and data processing abilities (SAS, R, Python)
- In-Depth modelling knowledge (claims, retention, demand)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creativity and ability to develop new solutions and concepts
- Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with people at different levels and countries
- Used to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel within Europe up to 40%
- Language: English (German, Spanish, Italian or French are an advantage)
