A leading components manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Director to oversee its operations in Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in manufacturing, specifically in the electronics/components industry, and a proven track record of operational excellence. This role involves managing both production and engineering teams, with a workforce of 80 employees. The individual will be responsible for overseeing operational and supply chain processes, driving continuous improvement, and leading a hands-on, high-performance team in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the site, ensuring optimal performance across both production and engineering functions.
- Lead, coach, and mentor teams, providing clear direction and support to achieve operational and product goals.
- Manage and enhance supply chain processes to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of materials and components.
