This position reports to
HR Operations Manager
Your responsibilities
- You will develop SAP HCM solutions (e.g. ABAP / WebDynpro / SAPUI5) as well as interfaces in the HCM area. You will also be responsible for the technical user consulting and the further development of HR processes. Project work in the SAP HCM environment, such as the introduction of Workday from the perspective of ABB Germany, is part of this task as well.
Your background
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Practical experience with the use of SAP HCM software and programming skills with ABAP are an advantage.
- You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
- Personally, you are characterized by your independent way of working and high quality standards paired with a high customer and service orientation.
- Your flexibility, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and quick comprehension round off your profile.
