Your main tasks include: * Design, implementation, and management of secure on-premise network infrastructures * Configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of firewalls, VPNs, and other network security measures * Ensuring network availability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting * Supporting security operations by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cybersecurity threats * Implementation of best practices in IT security, including vulnerability management and incident response * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards The requirements are: * Sound technical education or relevant work experience * Good understanding of network protocols * Hands-on experience with routing and switching * Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols * Experience with network monitoring & troubleshooting tools * Experience or a keen interest in security operations is considered beneficial. * Interest in new technologies and challenges * English language skills, written and spoken * Willingness to travel (up to 15%) We offer you: * Direct influence on the technological future of the company * Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and an agile team structure * An extremely exciting and varied area of activity * Attractive workplace with hybrid options * In-depth content and additional training depending on your personal area of interest * Budget for personal and professional development, and equipment as needed * Flexible, regular working hours; no on-call duty * Employee & team events * The minimum base salary according to the collective agreement is EUR3,113.12 gross per month, with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
