Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AI Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the development and execution of AI-powered products, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver exceptional value to users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders, to translate ideas into actionable roadmaps and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog for AI-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable features and deliverables.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and releases.
- Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and development teams to oversee the implementation of features, ensuring quality and scalability.
- Act as the voice of the customer, championing user-centric design and usability in AI product development.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging insights to inform future enhancements and strategy.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies, integrating innovative ideas into product offerings.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, bridging the gap to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency regarding product progress and challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in the AI, machine learning, or data analytics space.
- Proven experience within the life sciences, pharmaceutical or biotech field.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, frameworks, and applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and proficiency with tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
