For our distinguished client in the insurance consulting sector, we are looking for an experienced Manager for the Zurich location – Focus on Property & Casualty (P&C) Retail & Commercial Insurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of business transformation strategies for insurance clients.
- Work with executive stakeholders to align business goals with digital initiatives, process optimization, and technology adoption.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks within insurance processes, driving improvements through streamlined workflows, automation, and digitization.
- Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by leveraging data analytics, customer journey mapping, and personalized experiences.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT) to optimize underwriting, claims processing, and risk management.
- Promote a culture of agility and adaptability, guiding teams through transitions and ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Share thought leadership through articles, webinars, and presentations, positioning the firm as an industry leader while staying informed on trends, regulatory changes, and innovations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting or in a leading role within a P&C (Retail or Commercial) insurance company.
- Master’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or similar.
- Relevant certifications in change management, project management, or digital transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss Insurance Market.
- Strong ability to envision and articulate a compelling future state for insurance organizations.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams with a collaborative, team-player mindset.
- Enthusiastic about exploring new ideas and disrupting traditional insurance practices, with a constant drive to grow technical skills.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
