Your Role
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and consolidating group financial statements while acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders. By driving improvements and automation in financial processes, you will play an essential role in shaping the future of the finance department.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation process in compliance with Swiss GAAP FER.
- Monitor and implement changes to accounting standards across the group.
- Prepare and further develop monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements, including detailed analyses and commentary.
- Enhance and automate reporting and consolidation processes.
- Manage transfer pricing processes.
- Collaborate closely with auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments.
- Support statutory financial statements, external audits, and other finance-related topics, such as taxes, internal audits, M&A, and ERP systems.
Your Profile
- Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and consolidation methodologies.
- Several years of professional experience in group accounting and/or auditing.
- Proficiency with consolidation and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Cognos).
- Strong command of German and English , both written and spoken.
- A structured and detail-oriented working style with excellent analytical skills.
- A collaborative and open-minded team player.
