Client Development Director at EMEA Recruitment
EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a leading healthcare leader in its search for an experienced FP&A Manager.
As the FP&A Manager, you\’ll have strong experience in leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with strategic analysis across the organization.
This role is instrumental in steering data-driven decision-making, improving financial performance, and supporting executive leadership with actionable insights.
Duties of the FP&A Manager include:
- Provide management reports for the board and Investments team
- Review and improve existing processes
- Management of the team
- Drive transformation of reporting
- Sparring partner to the Head of FP&A
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum of 10 years\‘ experience within an FP&A environment in a corporate business
- Strong communication style
- Excellent knowledge of SAP
- Fluent in German and English
