Das voraussichtliche Gehalt liegt zwischen 36000 - 60000 € pro Jahr.
As a Core Banking Product Owner and Requirements Engineer, you will be responsible together with a dedicated and skilled team of other product owners, solution architects, and developers for various modules of our Core Banking Suite. You will be given the responsibility to define requirements to implement the best fit of requested changes to allow the future growth of our company and the product landscape. To achieve this you will be working closely with several internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Staking, Trading).
You will have the following responsibilities
- Derive and define requirements based on high-level business needs in cooperation with our internal stakeholders
- Be engaged and manage external stakeholders during the change request life-cycle
- Document functional and technical business requirements to ensure the robustness and reliability of crucial functionalities for our financial infrastructure
- Ensure completeness of business documentation
- Define and manage parameters for different releases and development environments
- Act as first and second level support for the daily users in regards to our core banking system and the interfaces
- Work closely with internal IT development in scrum teams to deliver new features and services
- Act as a sparring partner for other Product Owners, Stakeholders, Developers, and architects in close collaboration
What you bring along?
- You have worked with a Core Banking System (preferably TCS BaNCS) as a Business Analyst, Solution Engineer, or Product Owner
- Deep knowledge in the area of accounting would be highly appreciated
- Experience in the financial services industry is a must
- Certifications in the areas of business analysis or requirements engineering, especially in the regulatory and reporting areas, are a plus
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or another subject that is related to the nature of this role
- Profound stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to partner effectively with others in challenging circumstances
- You are excited about crypto and are a self-driven, open-minded personality with strong analytical skills to recognize and solve problems efficiently
- Excellent language skills in English
