Your mission
You have experience in business-to-business sales with a strong hunter mentality? Are you self-motivated and love working independently? Then you are a great addition to our well-established and open-minded team. You play a key role within the sales team Sweden as you are responsible for developing new business opportunities and generating new sales leads to expand our current market portfolio. Your court
- Generating of qualified outbound leads by arousing interest in eGENTIC\’s services
- Approaching new customers: combine networking, cold calling and opening conversations with key decision-makers from various industries
- Researching essential company information for business initiation
- CRM system: maintenance and creation of leads and opportunities
- Target achievement: Reach your individual targets in terms of contact rate and follow-up of new business activities
- Existing customer portfolio: Management with full responsibility for retention and expansion
- Sales Pro: responsibility for the entire cycle, from prospecting to managing proposals and closing deals
- You will be issued with KPI’s which you will be expected to meet or exceed whenever possible
- Focus: keep an eye on market trends
- Regular face-to-face team meetings and presentations
Your profile
- Bachelor´s degree
- At least 1 year of sales/business development experience, preferably in online marketing / call center software / B2B software / lead generation
- Creativity, technical understanding and analytical thinking
- Experience in sales in a competitive environment
- Existing network of contacts and potential customers in Sweden, ability to hit the ground running
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach paired with excellent time management and organization
- Willingness to travel frequently
