Job Title
Sales Manager (DACH Region)
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching, mentoring and leading a high-performing team of New Business Account Executives in an extremely fast-growing Munich based Sales team.
- Assist the sales team with your sales experience during prospective customer engagements, throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals. Identify market opportunities, define target customer segments, and devise effective sales strategies.
- Conduct weekly forecasts, pipeline reviews and 1-1’s with your team.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Implement and manage sales performance metrics, track team and individual performance, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, pre-sales and customer support teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Continuously optimize the sales process, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales management role within a fast growth SaaS environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Proven success in recruiting and enabling high-performing individuals.
- Customer Focused – demonstrated ability to prioritize both external and internal customers.
- Initiative – recognizes opportunities and initiates actions to capitalize on them.
- Innovative Thinking – embraces and champions new ideas.
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- C2 fluent to Native German language skills are required.
