You have probably used our card readers to buy a cappuccino or pay your hairdresser already. We are passionate about creating our beautifully designed card payment devices and accessories that enable our merchants to start, run, and grow their own businesses. In doing so, we deal with a diverse range of engineering topics – industrial, electronic design, embedded systems, all the way to mobile apps and backend services.
As aSenior Talent Acquisition Partner , you will be a driving force behind SumUp’s growth by hiring top-tier talent for Hardware and POS Tribes . You will lead end-to-end recruitment, working closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire exceptional candidates across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain and Logistics . Your expertise in sourcing talent will ensure our teams have the right people to achieve our ambitious goals. This role offers a high level of impact as you will collaborate directly with multiple teams that drive substantial business value for the company.
What you’ll do:
Own and drive every stage of the talent acquisition process ensuring high-quality hires across various domains like Engineering, Product, Supply chain, etc.
Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders across Hardware and POS, helping them define hiring needs and make data-driven decisions
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking events, and other innovative methods
Provide an excellent candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey from sourcing to onboarding
Drive process improvements and recruitment best practices to optimize pipeline efficiency
You’ll be great for this role if:
You have extensive end-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, being exposed to high-complexity roles and different areas
You bring expertise in hiring for the Tech market and have a deep understanding of how to engage local talents
Candidates love you and hiring managers consider you their trusted and valued recruitment partner
You’re knowledgeable about sourcing techniques like LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events and Boolean searches
You’re results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial and passionate about recruiting
You are a team player and can adapt to constant change
