Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Support the client in projects with a focus on IT transformation, digital innovation, and IT program & project management
• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
• Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

• University degree or equivalent experiences in a relevant discipline: business, economics, computer science, engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business and/or management consulting with a focus on IT transformation, digital innovation, or project & program management
• Your strong command of English and high proficiency in German (C1)
• Your experience and proven track record in project- and program management methods, process development, or IT implementations / transformations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
• Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached
• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
• Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance, financial services, project or change management tools and techniques
