As aFLOOR MANAGER /ASSISTANT MANAGER / JUNIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER , you will embody our values of excellence, meritocracy, entrepreneurship, and authenticity on a daily basis in the restaurant. You will report to the General Manager and directly manage the assistant managers and hostesses.
Main Responsibilities:

Quality of Service : Ensure the excellence, consistency, and speed of service in line with the Big Mamma vision.

Customer Reception : Oversee the warm welcome of customers.

Restaurant Performance : Optimize table rotations and ensure average ticket sales meet targets.

Operational Flow : Ensure smooth operations on the floor.

Hygiene : Maintain high standards of cleanliness on the floor.

Cost Control : Propose solutions for maintaining people\’s costs on the floor.

Team Scheduling : Manage the team schedules.
-
Stock Management : Handle orders and stock of wines, tableware, and aprons.

Cash Management : Responsible for the cash register.

Material Maintenance : Ensure the proper care of the equipment and materials in the dining area.
Team Success :

Recruitment : Approve new hires and manage the integration of new team members.

Training : Lead daily training sessions and share the Big Mamma vision with the team.

Team Cohesion : Ensure a positive and cohesive atmosphere within the team.

Cross-Team Collaboration : Foster good relationships and coordination between the kitchen, bar, and dining room.
