As our Community & Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in establishing a strong local presence for our brand in the Netherlands . From crafting engaging content tailored to the local audience to fostering authentic relationships with our community, you’ll be at the heart of driving our marketing efforts in this exciting market.

YOUR TASKS
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Get to know our community inside and out. You’ll connect with people in our Facebook groups and other channels, fostering relationships and understanding their needs.
- Localization: Adapt marketing campaigns for the local market. This includes translating and localizing emails, social media content, ads, and other marketing materials to resonate with the local audience.
- Coordination & Timing: Work closely with the Country Lead to align launches and marketing campaigns with our home market in Germany, ensuring smooth execution and consistency.
- Content Creation & UGC Sourcing: Source user-generated content (UGC) and create content for paid and organic social media channels. This might even involve grabbing a camera and shooting content yourself.
- Social Media Setup: Establish and grow our local social media presence while ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice.
Your Skills
- Content Localization: Proven ability to adapt global marketing materials (emails, social media, ads) for local audiences with a keen eye for detail while maintaining brand consistency.
- Community Engagement: Skilled in building online communities, engaging with customers, and fostering brand loyalty.
- Social Media Expertise: 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts, driving engagement, and executing localized campaigns.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Dutch is essential.
- Content Creation: Hands-on experience with creating and editing visual content (photos, videos) and sourcing UGC for paid and organic use.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines efficiently.
