Korn Ferry are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team.
The Role:
As our teams are growing, we will welcome on board those who are open to long-term cooperation and challenging sourcing activities among EMEA candidates! In this role, you will be working closely with both Recruiters & Senior Recruiters to ensure we bring the best talent into our client’s business.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting candidates and potential talent for specific career opportunities
- Attending career events and local networking opportunities with the internal recruiter
- Coordinating interviews for candidates
- Supporting the Recruiter with the creation of talent pools
- Maintaining data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding candidates\‘ data
- Working closely with the Internal Recruiter daily and supporting him/her in order to meet all KPIs and SLAs
- Suggesting process improvements concerning all aspects of recruitment – we are always looking for ideas on how to be better!
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Previous recruitment administrative experience and knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent English and German language skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
