We are exclusively partnering with a large-cap Private Equity firm to build out a Group-level Transformation office for their recently acquired global Industrial Goods portfolio company, which will be responsible for the end to end design and execution of the PE-sponsored transformation programme. This business is embarking on an ambitious high-growth strategy, aiming to quadruple its revenue over the PE lifecycle. To drive this transformation, they are expanding their leadership team and seeking an exceptional Procurement Director.
Procurement Director
As Procurement (Supply Chain) Director, you will take full ownership of the procurement workstream for a globally recognized industrial supplier, covering both direct and indirect procurement. You will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, leading high-stakes negotiations with suppliers, and collaborating closely with production teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a procurement strategy aligned with growth and value creation goals.
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, terms, and partnerships.
- Optimize LCC sourcing for cost efficiency, quality, and risk management.

Key Requirements:

- Proven ability to execute LCC sourcing strategies, balancing cost, quality, and operational risk.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German and Italian is advantageous.
