As the company continues to rapidly expand in EMEA, we are seeking a driven Account Executive to manage all aspects of the sales cycle, with a focus on New Logo Acquisition .
Responsibilities
- Drive the entire sales process, from business development, introduction demos, and POCs through to closing, focusing on net new logos.
- Identify new areas to expand business within WalkMe\’s major accounts.
- Build WalkMe\’s business by hunting for new opportunities.
- Manage and respond to inbound and outbound lead requests.
- Partner with Success Managers to identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage sales activities including monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
- Ensure quarterly quotas are met and exceeded.
- Engage with all levels of target organizations, including senior executives of enterprise accounts.
- Present WalkMe\’s solutions using value-based sales approaches, working closely with Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers.
- Execute sales activities with internal teams, from contract negotiation to signing.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise software sales or business consulting.
- Experience in selling SaaS or high-tech products with a strategic approach.
- Proven success in growing and working within the DACH market.
- Ability to manage a long, strategic sales cycle from demo to negotiation and closing.
- Strong commitment to a process-driven sales approach, with accurate tracking and forecasting of customer engagement and activity.
- History of consistent earnings and overachievement in sales roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience using WalkMe is a major plus.
