Network Administrator IT Technician (m/f/d)

Höflinger Müller GmbH is a company operating in Bavaria in the bread and baked goods industry with approx. 500 employees. We supply major customers from the food service and food retail sectors. Above all, however, we operate around 120 bakery branches at the highest and most modern level and are trendsetters when it comes to imaginative baked goods, snacks, drinks and branch design.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated network administrator / IT technician (m/f/d) to provide expert support for our IT infrastructure management.

Your tasks:

• Support and administration of the networks and the Microsoft Windows environment (commissioning, configuration, administration, development, support and troubleshooting)
• Planning and implementation/commissioning of new installations, renewals and network expansions
• Setting up network services, user and device management via Azure AD and Active Directory, certificates, VPN, servers, virtualization
• Virtualization and administration of VMware systems
• Implementation and administration of firewalls, in particular with Sophos products
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in the IT infrastructure
• Documentation of IT systems and processes

Your profile:

• Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems, Azure AD, VMware systems and VEEAM backup
• Confident technical understanding and analytical skills
• Knowledge of firewall administration, preferably with Sophos products
• Ability to work in a team, work independently and have a structured way of working
• Good written and spoken German (level B2)
• Driving license class B
• Also desirable are:
• Experience in (IT) project management
• Knowledge in the field of applied IT security
• Knowledge of client and hardware
