We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee daily operations and provide essential administrative support. This part-time, in-office position (24 hours per week) includes office management, administrative tasks, and assisting the team to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including correspondence, mailing, and filing.
- Process incoming invoices, coordinating with accounting and procurement to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee office services such as cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
- Manage office supply procurement and inventory.
- Handle mail and logistics, including international shipments and customs documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and managing visitor logistics.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or associate’s degree required.
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Fluency in English and German required.
