· Facilitate meetings, champion solutions, and build consensus as the OCM solutions move through various forums to gain approval and acceptance.
· Execute across all organizational change management phases of a program/project lifecycle, from discovery to sustainability.
· Create and/or lead stakeholder change impact assessments.
· Create compelling “case for change” and engaging transformation narrative.
· Design and coordinate groups of change champions in a change network.
· Develop and/or lead the development of comprehensive change plans and outline detailed change activities to maximize user adoption and minimize business disruption.
· Establish and sustain close working relationships with the program and project teams for close alignment of plans and collaboration on OCM content.
· Create change management and communication content to be used in execution of change plans.
· Establish and communicate program/project status to stakeholders and sponsor(s) via formal status reports.
· Manage OCM risks, issues, and escalations within the customer account.
· Monitor program/projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary.
Requirements
· Extensive hands-on experience driving organizational change, strategic communications, and managing teams.
· 8+ years of experience involving OCM, Management Consulting, and corporate experience.
· Expertise in program/project management discipline, tools/techniques, and Program/project Delivery Process.
· CCMP certification or PROSCI training or equivalent certification in change communications marketing.
· Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels (horizontal and vertical).
