We are now looking for a Technician for Site Organization to join our team working for a better future. The preferred location for the position is in Hamburg, Germany.
What you will be doing
As Technician for Site Organization, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Supporting in determining, optimizing and implementing of existing and newly defined on-site processes, e.g. process planning, logistics and installation
- Selection and verification of tools and software used on site
- Organizing and leading meetings for clarification and coordination with internal staff as well as external stakeholders, such as customers and suppliers
- Supporting in supplier selection process
- Preparing internal bids and proposals as well as cost estimates
- Responsible for preparing service contracts
- Supporting in the capacity planning process
To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
- Completed technical vocational training (technician/master technician) or equivalent
- Approx. 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent German and English language (written and spoken)
- Leadership experience would be a plus
- Good knowledge of safety regulations
- Application knowledge of ERP systems and relevant software
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
