Our client, a leading global investment bank, is looking to hire an experienced Investment Banking Director to join their Consumer & Retail , Technology & Software , and Healthcare Coverage teams in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role in executing high-profile transactions across multiple sectors while working with top-tier clients and senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions across the Consumer & Retail , Technology & Software , and Healthcare sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing valuable strategic insights and financial solutions.
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to support successful deal execution.
• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions from start to finish.
• Mentor and manage a team of junior bankers, fostering their professional development.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, with a strong focus on the Consumer & Retail , Technology & Software , or Healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record of managing and executing M&A and advisory transactions.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
• Fluent in English and German , with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• MBA, CFA,or other advanced qualifications are a plus but not required.
