At cofenster, our mission is to empower everyone in an organization to create videos. Since 2020, we’ve been supporting 30% of German DAX companies and more than 200 SMEs across Europe.
Earlier this year, we launched our AI Video Agent that automatically turns long-form videos into short highlight clips for platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Designed with enterprise needs in mind, our AI Video Agent is the first solution of its kind to handle the complexity and customisation requirements of large organisations.

Your Role
We are looking for a marketing leader to be the quarterback of our pipeline for our new AI product. This person will be responsible for driving brand awareness and lead generation in a fast growing Agentic AI market in Europe.
Tasks
- Launch Excellence: Lead the successful market introduction of our AI Video Agent in DACH & EU market, leveraging your expertise in B2B / B2C SaaS marketing.
- Action-Oriented Approach: Own and optimize our pipeline generation through organic and paid channels, with a relentless focus on driving sales team effectiveness.
- Innovative Channel Experimentation: Utilize a data-driven mindset to experiment with diverse channels including content, SEA, performance marketing, and growth strategies.
- Messaging Alignment: Ensure marketing messaging resonates with our company values and product positioning.
- Startup Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B / B2C Marketing, ideally within SaaS, with a proven track record of scaling start-ups from Seed to Series A.
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in AI tools to streamline operations and automate tasks.
- Channel Expertise: Deep knowledge of content marketing, SEA, and performance marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Leadership Potential: Previous leadership experience is a plus, but a proactive, results-driven mentality is key.
- Relentless: You demonstrate a strong bias towards action with a \“get the job done\“ mentality.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: You are able to analyze marketing performance and optimize accordingly.
