Process Architect / Process Consultant (f/m/d)

Your Job:
- Provide recommendations for innovative process flows that improve outcomes, enhance the user experience and manage cost.
- Act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business; applies equal conveyance regarding business strategy and IT strategy, business processes and work flow automation, business initiatives and IT initiatives, and benefit realization and service delivery.
- Facilitate process discovery workshops across stakeholders, including Business and IT stakeholders, Domain SMEs, and business users to gather future process requirements, innovative ideas, and current pain points.
- Train and socialize with BPM team and modelers on any changes to tools.
Your profile:
- Around 5-8 years of experience in process automation/optimization/orchestration/reengineering.
- Good understanding of process modeling tools such as ARIS, Signavio, Bizzdesign, Adonis, MS Visio, etc.
- Experience in business process requirement gathering, analysis, and design of target state.
- Good understanding of industry standards framework and notation like APQC, TOGAF, BIZBOK, BPMN 2.0, ArchiMate 3.2.
- Experience in process documentation, analysis, and process optimization.
- Experience working in the Retail Banking domain.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
- Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in working Agile/Safe Agile delivery methodology.
- Good to have knowledge of Business and Enterprise architecture.
- Knowledge of architecture metamodel, standards, and governance.
- Experience in requirement gathering to customize reports as per client requirements.
