Your Role:
- Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert , leading projects with a primary focus on CSM (Customer Service Management) and ITSM
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions
- Design and implement ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and workflows to improve efficiency and customer engagement

- Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant , with a strong focus on CSM (Customer Service Management) and ITSM
- Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration
- Experience in leading ServiceNow implementation projects in a service provider or enterprise environment
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to design scalable, business-driven solutions
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders
- Fluent in German (B2+) – essential for client engagement
