Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing your team of around five researchers under the direction of the Research Manager
- Analyzing and, if necessary, improving your team’s work routines and workflows in line with best practice
- Distribution of the workload and daily special tasks
- Regular 1-1 meetings with your team
- Managing the qualitative and quantitative work performance of your team with a view to achieving the company’s goals
- Preparing and holding team meetings (together with the Research Manager)
- Recruitment and training of new employees
- Cooperation with the direct supervisor (Research Manager) and other national and international managers on various tasks in line with the company’s objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Very good knowledge of German (C1 or native speaker) and good knowledge of English
- University degree or equivalent
- Very good communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Very good problem solving skills
- Experience in (or interest in) independent research of large amounts of data
- Quick learner of new systems
