National Sales Manager – Infectious Diseases
Delve Recruitment are currently working with a stable and well-established business actively contributing to the fight against antimicrobial resistance, that are looking to add a National Sales Manager to the team.
The Role
Reporting directly into the General Manager, this position will serve as a connector between medical, marketing, customer excellence and sales teams. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of 9 to help develop growth and performance, implement sales strategies and build strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing a small sales team in the DACH region, develop performance and implement sales strategies, assist with any questions they might have and support them in meetings, provide training to the team
- Close collaboration with the customer excellence team on KPIs and customer engagement and develop strategies driving sales and performance
- Oversee the planning and control of the sales budget for the DACH region
- Conduct research to identify market trends and opportunities
Qualifications and Skills
- Significant experience of sales within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within the infectious disease / antibiotics sector and hospital setting
- Previous leadership experience managing a team is required
- Great understanding of the pharmaceutical markets within the DACH region
- Fluent in both German and English
