SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM/ SuccessFactors (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- Assuming responsibility as (partial) project manager by planning, managing and coordinating the project team
- Analysis and optimization of existing HR processes and development of concepts for implementation in SAP HCM (S/4HANA) On-Premise and for the introduction of SuccessFactors in close coordination with the HR department
- Advising the HR department on the feasibility of requirements and innovations from SAP releases
- Moderation of workshops and joint design of the various SAP SuccessFactors modules and SAP SuccessFactors implementation scenarios
- Supporting the specialist department in building up knowledge and experience
- Planning and conducting training courses for key users and end users
- Definition, testing and acceptance of system-side adjustments to ensure system quality
- Coordination and management of the external AMS service provider
What profile should you have?
- Completed studies (e.g. computer science, business informatics, business administration or personnel management) or comparable training
- Several years of professional and project experience in the area of SAP HCM and broad knowledge of the PA/PY, PT, OM and ESS/MSS modules as well as very good knowledge of HR management and processes, including company pension schemes
- Several years of experience in managing IT projects, ideally in the HR environment
- Ideally initial professional and project experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the Employee Central, Time Tracking and Service Center modules and in the integration of SAP HCM on-premise with the cloud
- Strong affinity for process optimization in the HR environment and for innovative IT solutions
- Good intuition for the opportunities and challenges on the path to digital HR transformation
- Team player (m/f/d) with good communication skills and an independent and proactive way of working

You will help shape the future of the public sector by optimizing and digitalizing our HR processes. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to help shape the planned technology change from SAP HCM to S/4HANA and the company-wide introduction of SAP SuccessFactors. You will act as an interface between HR, internal IT and our service providers. We are looking for you to join the HR Services department in the Corporate Communications and HR division as soon as possible.
