Our clients include some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute on strategic plan for collaboration between carriers and EinrideEducate and sell Einride’s offerings and mission to potential carrier partnersIdentify, onboard, and manage carrier partnerships to expand Einride\’s networkNegotiate and draft carrier contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Einride\’s operations, logistics, and technology teams to optimize network performanceProactively and continuously identify and resolve operational issues or challenges related to carrier partnershipsStay informed of the latest trends in the transportation space, including procurement and pricingQualifications:Extensive experience in carrier relationship management or a similar role within the road transportation and logistics industryMaster’s or Bachelor\’s degree within relevant fieldStrong strategic and business mindset that you easily convert into an action planStrong negotiation and contract management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in data analysis and reportingExperience with electric transportation is a plusWillingness to travel as needed for meetings and relationship-building activitiesFluent in English and GermanThis position is based in the DACH or Benelux area.
