Sales at its best! Our internationally operating sales team works in an unsaturated B2B market environment with high demand potential, a wide variety of corporate customers and a highly diversified range of industries, supported by our internal marketing and lead development teams.
Your role – We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Partner Manager (Software Sales) to join our expanding EMEA sales team.
Your Responsibilities
- You acquire new partner companies from the ESG space across EMEA.
- You take responsibility for the whole cycle, from first contact via the phone through requirements analysis, online and in person software presentations to closing the deal.
- You prepare and negotiate partner agreements until the conclusion of the contract.
- By building a strong partner network, you will make a significant contribution to lead pipeline generation and ARR growth.
- You advance our sales operations through own market research and further development of partner sales strategies and marketing activities.
- You represent Quentic/AMCS Group at trade fairs and road shows.

Your Qualifications
- You have extensive experience in consultative SaaS software partner management in B2B settings.
- Strong ESG Network in EMEA (focus on Germany as a plus).
- 5+ years of success in SaaS partner management or SaaS sales roles.
- Empathy and outstanding communication and negotiation skills enable you to present complex topics in easily understandable terms.
- You are business fluent in German & English; other European languages are a plus.
- You are willing to travel across the region (approximately 1-2 days per week).
- Understanding of business management and operations.
- Tech savvy and experienced in a consultative approach with customers & partners.
- Growth mindset, with a focus on customers & partners.
- Critical-thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs.
