Your tasks: You make a difference with us.

• As our (Junior) E-Mail & Push Marketing Manager (m/f/d) , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing campaigns tailored specifically for the Turkish market . Working closely with the E-Commerce Team and the Head of E-Commerce, you will drive the strategy and execution of engaging newsletter and push campaigns .
• Your responsibilities will include planning, creating, and analyzing impactful campaigns that enhance customer engagement and optimize performance .
• You will manage the development of the newsletter mailing list and lead generation initiatives, ensuring all campaigns are executed efficiently and in compliance with legal standards .
• As a key point of contact , you will collaborate with internal teams, local departments, and external service providers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and customer engagement initiatives .

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

• We’re looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and ready to make a difference . Ideally, you have some professional experience in CRM and newsletter marketing , with a strong understanding of the Turkish market and its unique dynamics. A background in e-commerce is highly advantageous.
• Your ability to derive insights and actions from KPIs , combined with your strong analytical skills , will help you consistently hit targets and drive results. You are detail-oriented, data-driven , and able to work independently , taking proactive steps to push initiatives forward.
• We value excellent communication skills , an open-minded approach, and a quick ability to grasp new concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint , will complement your skill set.
• In addition to being fluent in Turkish (your mother tongue), you are confident in both written and spoken English . Knowledge of German would be a plus.
