We are now looking to appoint a new experienced and solution-driven Cloud Consultant with deep expertise in the Microsoft Modern Workplace area who will join our Technology Services team in Germany. In this role, you will leverage your technical proficiency and advisory skills to deliver transformative Cloud strategies and solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to deliver projects while maintaining transparency between the different stakeholders
- Coordinate and develop proper documentation and communication material on Modern Workplace services and capabilities
- Conduct consultative presales activities, supporting delivery and operations teams, including preparing and packaging the services and capabilities, ensuring that they are ready for delivery
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Cloud solutions
- Proven track record in managing hybrid environments and migrating on-premises systems to Cloud infrastructures
- Working experience in service delivery, technical presales, Modern Workplace and/or public Cloud areas
Technical Expertise:
- Identity Management: Strong understanding and practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for identity and access management
- Device and Endpoint Management: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for endpoint security, device compliance, and mobile device management
- Security Solutions: Expertise in deploying and managing security tools, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps
- Collaboration and Communication Tools: Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online to optimize productivity and communication
- Migration Projects: Comprehensive knowledge of hybrid identity configurations (e.g., integrating Entra ID with on-premises Active Directory). Experience with Hybrid Exchange for seamless mail flow during migrations
