CRM Consultant (m/f/d)

For the implementation of projects, we rely on the products of the market leader in the SME sector – CAS Software AG. In addition to the professional introduction of standard CRM software, we supplement our projects with professional consulting services in the areas of strategy development, project preparation, process optimization and ensuring user acceptance. Long-term and trusting cooperation with our customers, partners and employees is the basis for our joint success!
Your tasks:
- Analysis of our customers\‘ business processes and development of solution concepts
- Implementation of customer requirements with our CAS genesisWorld software solution, through independent customizing or in cooperation with our developers
- Support and training for users and administrators
- Independent project management, from kick-off to go-live
- Further development of existing customer business through expansion projects
Your profile with which you score points:
- A university or college degree with a focus on economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in the implementation of software projects (ideally project experience with CRM and/or in dealing with customers from the SME sector)
- Analytical thinking and assertiveness
- Confident demeanor, reliability and accuracy
- Enjoy customer contact and intensive teamwork
- Willingness to travel
