Your mission

As Chief of Staff, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Metalshub’s Founders and Leadership Team, driving strategic initiatives, shaping growth, and playing a key role in transforming the metals, mining, and recycling industry.

Your Mission:

• Strategy Steering : Take ownership of key strategic processes, including setting and tracking OKRs, ensuring alignment across all departments.
• Investor Relations : Collaborate with the Founders on building and maintaining strong relationships with our investors, supporting fundraising and communication efforts.
• Commercial Projects : Lead critical business initiatives such as go-to-market strategies, market expansion, and business development projects to accelerate growth.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Stay close to performance data, analyze key drivers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Problem Solving : Partner with departments to unblock challenges, drive impact, and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects.
• Leadership Support : Act as a sounding board and trusted advisor to the Founders and leadership team, managing competing priorities and enabling better decisions.

Your skillset

• You have min. 4 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as management consulting, start-ups, or scale-ups, with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
• Highly analytical and quantitatively adept, with a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset and a high level of energy.
• A track record of taking ownership and improving processes or outcomes.
• Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders and using constructive feedback and guidance to drive results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
