Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Locopilot (Loco Pilot) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in operating trains, ensuring safety, and maintaining efficient operations. After completing our in-house training, there is an exciting opportunity to work in Germany with our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate passenger and freight trains safely and efficiently according to schedules.
2. Conduct pre-departure checks on the train and locomotive systems.
3. Monitor train speed, signals, and track conditions to ensure smooth operations.
4. Follow safety procedures and handle emergencies as needed.
5. Communicate effectively with the control room and station personnel.

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of experience as a Locopilot, Train Driver, or similar role in the railway industry.
2. Good technical knowledge of train systems and safety protocols.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Willingness to undergo specialized training and certification.
