Your Role
As our new User Interface Designer, you\’ll work on holistic and agile processes with the TEAM.
Working with a team of designers, you will create and develop visual interfaces to make a product usable and tangible for people. You have the opportunity to bring your design philosophy as well as your own scope for personal responsibility into our collective.
What you should bring to the table
- At least two years of professional experience.
- The creation of consistent design patterns for digital applications comes naturally to you.
- Imagination, curiosity, empathy, and creativity.
- An emphasis on user-centric design to deliver a great user experience.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Experienced in documenting and creating guidelines.
- Implementing design and UX methods and conducting workshops with confidence.
- You know how to justify concept and design decisions.
- You know your design tools well.
- You know what it takes to implement an interface technically.
- You are fluent in German (C1) and English, spoken and written.
Prototyping skills would be superb!

TEAMS is an award-winning design firm specializing in global, product-oriented brand development in industrial design, user experience design, and interaction design.
Our studio is located in Hamburg\’s vibrant and creative district Winterhude, right on the edge of the Alster, the infamous inner-city park lake. The studio is set up in an old carpenter\’s loft across two building levels, adjoined by a generous workshop and conferencing floor.
Our team consists of 30+ design professionals with diverse cultural and technical backgrounds that thrive on creative work.
