Launch : Early Career Leadership Program – Product Management Track opportunity offers you a first assignment as a Product Management Specialist in the EMEA Product Management Team. Your base location will be Neckartenzlingen (Germany), Venor (Netherlands) or Belgium (Olen), and you will experience at least one other Belden EMEA location during the Launch Program.

You will make an impact in the following way:

1. Contributing to our PM team from day one as a Product Management Specialist or a similar role.
2. Working on a role rotation basis and having the opportunity to get exposure to our different businesses and sites.
3. Besides different roles in your base country, you will have the chance to work on projects in other EMEA countries.
4. Connecting with peers from other Belden functional leadership programs as you participate in a highly interactive and action-based learning curriculum.
5. Building your knowledge of our core business systems, developing your business acumen, and creating a strong foundation for your Product Management and leadership skills.
6. Receiving individualized feedback throughout the program along with mentoring support of a leader in Belden.

What you will bring:

1. Passion and enthusiasm – You are ready to take on a challenge.
2. Education – You have a Master degree in Product Management / a technical field.
3. Leadership aptitude – You have the desire to build a management career in Product Management.
4. Professional experience – You completed at least two relevant internships, or have less than one year working experience.
5. Languages – You are fluent in English and have a basic level of Dutch and/or German; further languages are advantageous.
6. Mobility and flexibility – You are willing to relocate and are mobile to rotate to other European countries.
