We are seeking a User Growth Data Analyst to join our User Growth Team, a group dedicated to expanding and engaging our customer base. In this role, you will optimize customer communication channels, analyse performance, and develop strategies to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and passionate about creating seamless customer experiences.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Analyse new user acquisition, retention, LTV, and CRM performance to identify growth opportunities and improve onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with HQ BI teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting, and present findings with actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Define and track KPIs for CRM projects, analysing factors that drive performance and applying statistical techniques to validate results.
- Conduct in-depth research using large datasets in BigQuery to test hypotheses, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and optimize CRM activities (e.g., campaigns, incentives, referral programs) and communication channels using key metrics and customer segmentation based on behaviour, demographics, and preferences.
What you\’ll Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in user growth, CRM, or retention-focused roles, with strong SQL skills a must, statistical knowledge, and proficiency in tools like Tableau, Excel, or BigQuery.
- Experience in the travel industry and a portfolio of past work are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and a structured, results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to present findings clearly to stakeholders of all technical levels.
- Experience analysing user acquisition, retention, LTV, and CRM performance to drive growth strategies.
- Proven ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, identify root causes, and deliver actionable insights with a user-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business).
