Your role How do we work? Our way of working is agile and strategically driven. We rely on the method! We also work with the following tools: Figma, Basecamp, Fullstory, Google Analytics, Metabase. We are also in close contact with our users. User interviews and workshops are not a specialty for us, but an integral part of our day-to-day work. As a Product Designer, you are part of our product team, which consists of Development and Product Management. You will play a central role in our mission: \“Simplify Company Events ”. Your task is to understand the needs of users and their Jobs To Be Done in order to design solutions that are unique in the event industry. We are looking for creative minds who design, not just decorate. People who shape products, not just create images. Pragmatists who implement instead of just theorizing. You understand the needs, motivations and behaviors of users From the initial idea to go-live, you continuously develop and improve product solutions You create wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes to test and communicate design solutions You represent the interests of users and actively incorporate them into product development In close collaboration with product management and development, you implement designs that are in line with our business goals and technical capabilities You develop and design our products in line with market requirements What we like You have gained experience in product design and successfully applied user-centered approaches You have strong research skills and can translate user needs into targeted design solutions You have knowledge of HTML and CSS at a production-ready level You have experience in creating wireframes, prototypes and visuals with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch Working closely with a backend programmer to bring designs, features and products to life You can communicate confidently in English, German is an advantage You prefer to work in a team and enjoy the benefits of a multidisciplinary team and can value feedback Your decisions are based on empathy and data Experience in Enterprise SaaS is a plus What you like You are part of a motivated and highly qualified team with flat hierarchies and – surprise – regular team events, such as after-work drinks on the roof terrace, culture nights, game nights or our team events at the end of the month, where we push ourselves together to get the last deals in and celebrate our successes Be a saver and take advantage of discounts on various brands and trips through PepXpress and corporate benefits Of course, there is also the obligatory fruit basket, a muesli bar and hot and cold drinks Flexible working hours.
