We are looking for you as a Marketing & Social Media Manager (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of communication strategies to increase brand awareness and address specific target groups
- Planning, implementation and development of content for the respective platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, YouTube, WeChat, etc.) and target groups
- Analyzing new social media trends, e.g. the use of VR/AR for product demonstrations and deriving/recommending their use within the communication mix
- Coordination of internal and external resources for the creation of images, graphics, translations and other content
- Networking with influencers and industry experts and developing partnerships with other brands and companies to achieve greater reach on relevant topics
- Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing measures used and monitoring the available budget
- Analyzing the performance of the various social media channels and creating regular reports and analysis of the competition

Your profile:
- Completed studies in marketing, communication, social media, PR, or marketing-related training with relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, social media and PR
- Advanced knowledge of social media management and content creation
- Experience in working with external agencies and service providers
- Creativity and a good feel for target group-oriented communication
- Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
- Very good communication skills in German and English, both orally and in writing
