Your mission
- You advise our customers in the context of the ServiceNow architecture.
- You know the best practices for ServiceNow, implement them and provide them to the development team.
- You work closely with all other responsible parties in agile, diverse and interdisciplinary teams.
- You always keep an eye on technical and procedural dependencies between the ServiceNow platform and other customer systems.
- In the projects, you are able to quickly analyze and design business processes.
- You deliver a customized process architecture that is optimally adapted to the possibilities of the ServiceNow platform.
Your profile
- As an architect, you keep an eye on the big picture and ensure that all areas involved work together harmoniously.
- Together with the business analysts and the development team, you work on designing the solutions that make our customers successful.
- You are aware of upcoming releases and take them into account in the concepts you create for the developers.
- You are a sparring partner for the development team and the customer and can steer them in the right direction to ensure sustainable development of the solutions.
Qualifications:
- More than 4 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform either at consulting or development level.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas – ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, SPM or similar.
- Develop technical solutions to fulfill business requirements using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with various teams to design ServiceNow solutions and lead the implementation
- ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
