- Gefährdungsermittlungen und Risikobeurteilungen
- Entwicklung, Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Hilfsmitteln
- Durchführung von Audits und Betriebsbegehungen und Erstellen von Berichten
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Tagungen
- Begleitung von Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung der eigenen Modelllösung (Workshops und Coaching)
- Beratung von Kunden in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Gesundheit, evtl. spezielles Fachgebiet
- Weiterentwicklung überbetrieblicher Lösungen (Modelllösung und Branchenlösung)
- Unterstützung des Risk Managements
- Sie besitzen den eidg. Fachausweis als Spezialist für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz (ASGS) (ASA gemäss EKAS RL 6508) oder haben ein Studium als Ing. Uni / ETH / FH mit Zusatzausbildung als Sicherheitsingenieur / in EKAS.
- Erfahrung als ASA in einem Betrieb oder einer Modell- oder Branchenlösung
- Spezielle Kenntnisse auf einem der Gebiete von Vorteil: Chemie, Maschinen, Explosion- oder Brandschutz
- SVEB-Zertifikat «Ausbilderin / Ausbilder – Durchführung von Lernveranstaltungen» oder gleichwertige Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Muttersprache Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch von Vorteil
- Rhetorisch begabt mit ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz und analytischem Denkvermögen
- Selbständige, speditive und exakte Arbeitsweise
