The paid search marketing manager is responsible for the creation, optimizing and control of the International search roadmap of Global Search Engine Advertising (SEA) .This role will focus primarily on our paid search channels – Google Ads & Microsoft Ads, Metasearch and will work with Growth Marketing Managers to support campaigns across the marketing funnel against defined and measurable KPIs as well as help to drive our direct web booking share. You are eager to learn and test new opportunities like Youtube for action, DemandGen and PMAX.
You will be part of a growing Digital Marketing and CRM team, building up the inhouse knowledge and working closely with professional international agencies and have direct contact with our account management team of Google. You will also work close with the channel owners of Social media and CRM. key responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall roadmap of Search Engine Advertising (SEA)
- Optimize the global search campaigns with an yearly budget of >EUR 4M
- Be a hands-on expert on paid media channels and campaigns, with the ability to manage and grow accounts, apply best practice principles, and leverage any latest techniques and products
- Work to clearly defined goals and KPIs to track, measure, and improve performance over time
- Have the autonomy to test, learn amd optimize in our key accounts
- Work closely with the SEO marketing manager to expand our integrated search approach and reach our target audience
- Operational development of the Search Engine Advertising 4 languages and over 20 markets
- Identification of new growth opportunities and translating ideas into business cases
- Work closely with other colleagues working on CX, web/app development, CRO specialist, Business Intelligence and Ecommerce teams.
- Partner with the Demand/revenu team to identify, and provide feedback on top-performing hotels, occupancy-levels and market trends
qualifications / skills
- Solid SEA/PPC experience, both strategic, tactical as well as handson
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Datastudio, SA360
- Experience with Google Hotel Ads or Google Shopping is a pre
- Strong analytical skills with a high understanding of numbers and their interpretation
- Work experience in eCommerce(retailer or agency) or travel industry
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- Fluency in English (verbal & written)
- Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, economics, business(or similar)
- Google AdWords Professional qualifications
