Requirements:
- 5+ years of DevOps experience, of which 5+ years in a leadership role
- AWS Certified
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures and large-scale distributed environments
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices orchestration
- Hands-on experience in managing decentralized and distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and disaster recovery strategies
- Experience in managing decentralized and distributed systems, ideally with exposure to blockchain-based infrastructures

- Lead and scale a global DevOps team in a high-growth environment
