Responsibilities:
- You operate our customers‘ highly available, secure, and complex SQL server platforms.
- You advise our customers on the use of tools, methods, and database structures.
- You accompany the instances in all phases of the lifecycle: planning, installation, migration, operation, tuning, and phasing out.
- You handle faults and changes using our customers‘ ticket systems (ITIL operating processes).
Qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in enterprise environments, along with training or academic studies in an IT-related field.
- Familiarity with at least one ticketing system and ITIL operational processes.
- Excellent German language proficiency (minimum C1 level) and willingness to complete a security clearance process (SÜ2).
